Platinum Package

The platinum package is perfect for couples who want a professional planner every step of the way to manage all the minor details. Our experienced Event Manager and Creative Director will meet with you to gain an understanding of your vision.

  • Unlimited Consultation for Bride & Groom
  • Unlimited email/text correspondence for Bride & Groom
  • Host progress meetings for bridal party and provide unlimited correspondence.
  • Assist with contracting venue space and layout, including reception location
  • Create wedding planning timeline and schedule
  • Coordinate and design assistance with save the dates and invitations
  • Create seating chart (if requested)
  • Liaise with all chosen vendors to execute the vision
  • Negotiate all contracts with vendors
  • Set bridal appointments for nails, hair etc. (if requested)
  • Assist with choosing and ordering favors
  • Devise a budget plan from couples established budget
  • Design theme creation
  • Ceremony, reception and rehearsal dinner site location selection
  • Confirming, scheduling and attending all desired vendor product/service appointments
  • Coordination and attendance of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  • Assist with menu selections for rehearsal dinner and reception

Day of Wedding
  • Assign personal bridal assistant from team
  • Provide a complimentary bridal suite kit – all the goodies needed for the day!

  • Inspection of venue layout and setup

Gold Package

The Gold Package is perfect for couples who want to plan their wedding with guidance from a planner. They have specific vendors they prefer to use and have contacted and negotiate their contracts. They need experience Event Manger and Creative Director to assist with the coordination and design/decorations to make their wedding a perfect day!

  • Limited Consultation (5 – 1 Hour Sessions for Bride & Groom)
  • Unlimited email/text correspondence for Bride & Groom
  • Host progress meetings for bridal party and provide correspondence as needed.
  • Liaise with all chosen vendors to execute the vision (if couple has selected them)
  • Review wedding planning timeline and schedule
  • Review budget plan that couple has already established

This silver package is designed for couples who enjoy planning their own wedding but need someone to make it their vision come to life!

  • Provide 3 meetings to cover all wedding logistics 30 days prior to wedding day.
  • Attend final walk through of venue space and assist with layout.
  • Create and schedule wedding time
  • Main contact for vendors, starting 30 days prior to wedding
  • Direct ceremony rehearsal on wedding day.
  • Provide oversight with logistics, décor and /or vendor questions
  • Review budget plan that couple has already established
Day of Wedding
